Data did not renew

In transactions it records that my data was renewed today. It hasn't and I now have no data until April 26th.

putting in pin exactly right but locking me out?

I restarted my phone today and when it asked me to put in my PIN, i put the correct PIN in multiple times and now it has locked me out even though this is the PIN that it says on the card that my SIM came in?
