I'm new to 48 and am trying to move my number. I keeping getting an email stating there was a problem. My phone is unlocked and l had a bill pay account. Its so frustrating lve tried at least 6 times

cant recieve call or text from the 3 network

i cant recieve calls or texts from the 3 network. is this an ongoing issue because i will have to leave the network if this is. i can make calls to them but they get a message saying this number is not in use or something along those lines.
