trouble with making calls from my contact list

Call is Unrecognised

I am having problems making calls, sometimes i call people and the call goes through however sometimes i call people and the call says the number is unrecognised. Has this happened to others and does anybody know a fix.

Can not receive calls from anyone other network except sim48

I can call any network but when sim48 users call me OK but another network calls me they receive a message saying "CALLS TO THIS NUMBER CANNOT BE COMPLETED, SORRY THE NUMBER DIALED IS NOT AVAILABLE"

Message for missed calls

I seem to be missing a lot of calls lately and getting no notification of them. Is there a way to set up my phone that I will receive a text when I have missed a call?
