SIM ordered 4th September still hasn't arrived

HI, I ordered the sim card at September 4th, but I have not received it yet. 
Could you please provide any available tracking information?

There's no tracking on SIM orders. 

They are sent by regular An Post post. 

You'll have to contact 48 support about this. 

Or maybe just order another SIM in case the first order got lost or something?
