Replacement SIM not arrived

I ordered my SIM got an email to say it's dispatched and it never arrived I got in touch and was told it was on the way. I ordered another one got in touch again and still the same issue. I ordered it on the Monday before the bank holiday and it still not here. Is this common what retailers sell the physical 48 SIM.

There are no bricks and mortar outlets that provide 48 SIMs.

They can only be ordered online. 

They can take up to 7 working days to arrive. 

If you have tried twice and neither arrived then you should double check the address and eircode that you're entering to ensure that they're correct.

You might also want to check with An Post in case they can tell if they delivered or tried to deliver. 

But normally if they can't deliver they'll leave a collection slip and you can collect it from the local sorting office.

Otherwise you'll just have to get onto 48 support again.
