What does "phone number merge" mean?
What exactly are you trying to do or asking about?
If it's how to port a number from another provider to 48 then see here:
If that's not the issue then perhaps the New to 48 FAQs have something that addresses your issue?
Otherwise you need to explain the issue/question more clearly.
