My voicemail does not say when the caller left the message

I can listen to my voicemails ok, but there's no indication which day/what time each voicemail was made.

I've just joined 48 from Eir. Before each voicemail message Eir would say when exactly the voicemail was created, and also gave the option of hearing the phone number of the caller.  

Does anybody have this set up on their 48 voicemail?  If so, do you know how to set it up?

I think that's just the way that 48 voicemail works. 

I don't think that it can be changed.

There's nothing there about controlling the date/timestamp of voicemail messages. 

I can't remember if you get a text for voicemails that would give you the date and time of the missed call?
