Can't find SIM menu while roaming

Hi, just landed in the UK, phone registering on a network, can't manually set the network either. For any three network, it says not available. Reading the troubleshooting guid, it says to use the 48 sim menu...however I don't appear to have that, any idea why?

As it data, if nothing there helps then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

Do you see anything like SIM Toolkit, SIM Tool [Kit] Manager, SIM Manager, STK etc.?

The "app" in question sometimes has slightly different names on different phones for some reason.
