You'll need to post a bit more info if you want assistance from the community forum.
For example...
Did it work before or are you just getting started on 48?
Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?
Did anything change on the phone recently such as settings changes or software update?
Any error messages?
If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and comment to 48?
