I had this problem each time I travel abroad. The only thing that worked each and every time was to follow the very last suggestions which is to delete you APN settings and just input the bare minimum as suggested, once I did this,turned off and on the phone everthing worked perfectly. I'm hoping the new sim cards we've installed will alleviate this problem.
