Why has my phone not been working for 2 weeks and I am completely without communication. I have no internet or mobile network

Is this related to this previous issue that you posted about? 

As you can see there I replied with some comments/questions but you never replied to clarify further.

Do you mean that everything was working ok two weeks ago? 

Did anything change between when it was working and when you started having problems? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factor reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you do get a network connection does anything work - incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
