Suddenly having service problems - no calls/texts/mobile

Hi there, is anyone having issues with service lately. Since yesterday my service keeps dropping off, no calls, internet or text. Restarting the phone doesn't help.
I have enough credit and data and the area I'm in always had good service.

Where are you located?

Haven't noticed any issues in Dublin (near city centre) myself.

Did anything change on the phone recently?

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad?

Are you saying that you can't get any network connection - i.e. signal bars - at all?

Ever or only intermittently?

Do you know anybody else on 48 nearby to check if they also have problems?

Have you tried reseating the SIM in case it's dislodged or something?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if the issues persist there?

Maybe you could try a replacement SIM in case your current SIM is somehow faulty?

I'm working in Dublin 2, wellington quay, the connection disappears completely, no bars at all, my other colleagues that are with three, which is same as 48 I think, have the same issue. It all started last week, none of us changed anything in the phones. It seems that the connection issue happens in the office or around the building, it works fine if you step away from building.

Are users of other networks similarly affected?

Could something have happened in the building or vicinity that is attenuating the mobile signals?

E.g. signal blocker installed (not sure if they're legal?), new construction in the area, local mast changed, etc.?

Maybe you should contact 48 support (and your colleagues should contact 3 support) to see if they can shed any light on the issue?
