Hi, I'm using a 48 SIM in an iPhone 14 Pro. Mobile data works, but Personal Hotspot and Mobile Data Network are both missing from my iPhone settings. To use a hotspot on 48...

First make sure that you have an active membership plan, your APN settings are configured correctly, and mobile data works for web browsing and connected apps.

Second, configure your hotspot as normal:
