I have been with 48 since 2016.  I have lost my phone.  Will I be able to get New SIM with my old Number?

My 48 account > My Profile > Reorder SIM > SIM lost or stolen

I have lost my phone - want to order a new sim but can I keep my number ? If so do I click lost or stolen block sim or re order sim . I need to keep my number

Either option will keep your existing number.

But to stop somebody using your phone/SIM you should probably select "block SIM" to disable it.
