I ordered a SIM but there is no eSIM option

Hi I just purchased the 48 plan 12.99$ per month but I need e-sim, there is no other option for e-sim what should I do? Please help!

There isn't anything that you can do other than use a physical SIM.

48 still don't provide eSIMs.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

But they're just going to tell you the same thing.
