Hi my bank card was about to expire. Update new card details. Checked MY 48 app. Saying I have no active plan. Was on 7.99e plan for about 5 years.Now only option plan is 12.99e. Need to do something fast or I will be with out a phone.

A few people have reported the same issue. 

You'll have to contact 48 support to ask them to look into this for you.
