I am with 48, payment is deducted from my account but I am unable to phone anyone, I continue to get the message " Your membership as run out" can you please assist me with this

What exactly was the payment for - i.e. What did you buy? 

A membership plan, an add-on, or cash credit? 

What does your Transactions page say about the payment? 

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
