There's no need to post multiple separate threads about the same issue.
I presume that you mean that your mobile data isn't working so you have no connectivity for web browsing and connected apps when away from a WiFi connection?
Did this ever work for you?
Are your APN settings configured correctly for mobile data to work?
Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working ok?
Do you have an active membership plan with a non zero mobile data allowance balance?
