I topped up by 10 euro before my deal (the don) was up and I text monthly and I was expecting to get the guido deal. When my membership expired last night I was surprised to find that instead of getting the deal with the 1GB internet I received the standard membership with out internet. Is there any way that I would be able to switch the standard deal for the guido deal with the internet as they are the same price. Thanks

If you got the old Standard €10 all calls + texts deal by texting MONTHLY to 1745 then I presume that you're a member since before March 5th?

Bear in mind that if you do buy any membership other than Standard or Don then you will never be able to buy Standard again.

 

If you want to switch from Standard to Guido then you'll have to log a support query and ask 48 if they can arrange this for you.

If they can't then you'll probably have to buy an internet add-on for your Standard membership (€3 for 750MB valid for a month or until the allowance is used up).

Good news... Seemingly this has changed now and anybody who was a member before March 5th 2013 can now purchase Standard membership even if they have since bought one of the other memberships in the meantime.
