Hello, I've recently reached out to 48 network for help on my data issues recently. I followed the instructions on how to fix it and it seemed to work okay - just very slow. It was being buggy last night and I decided to switch from 3g to 4g - which completely cut out my data. I have restarted my phone countless times, checked for any updates, but those don't seem to be an issue. Now, I just have "No service" written on top of my notification screen and the data hasn't worked since. Please help me asap.

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens?
Any error messages?
If you do have a connection then are calls and texts working?
What exactly do you mean by "I decided to switch from 3G to 4G"?
What did you change?
I previously explained to you how to correctly configure your settings for mobile data:
If necessary can you try your SIM in a different unlocked phone to see if it works there?
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

I do not have any signal bars at all - it has been like this the last couple of days.
I can't see or connect to it in any way possible. I've tried to do the research. Nothing works.
What I meant by switching from 3g to 4g is sometimes the data lags, which is normal I feel like for mobile data anyways. I intended to switch to 3g for a short while before going back to 4g, assuming the lag would have stopped but after i swapped, it completely stopped working for me as a whole.
I have tried following the instructions for the APN setup. I have been trying to reset it but it will not let me. I have resorted to just reordering a new sim to see if this solves the case.

If you can't even get a connection to the 48 network (i.e. signal bars) then everything else is irrelevant right now.
Can you try the SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it works there?
Maybe you need a replacement SIM if the current SIM is faulty?
You should probably contact 48 support for assistance.

Just one thing...
Do you definitely have the roaming/data roaming option enabled (even though you're not roaming abroad)?
Some (or maybe all?) phones won't "see" virtual networks such as 48 if this is not enabled.
