Sounds like the update may have lost your internet/APN settings and you need to configure these again and enable data roaming.

What problem exactly?
No signal/network connection at all?
If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Did this work before?
Or are you just joining 48?
Is the SIM activated?
Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?
