recieving international texts

I was recieving texts from an international number from america, now i cant recieve them anymore.. I have paid my montly deal and I have also topped up with credit?

As far as I know once you have a valid membership you sould be able to receive international texts. A friend of mine on 48 regularly gets incoming texts from an EU country no problem once the membership is paid up.

 

What exactly does your online account say about your membership status/type and expiry date?

 

Can you receive local texts OK?

 

Are you sure that the problem is not at the other end?

 

If necessary log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you:
