How can I send international texts?

hi my phone can receive sms texts from internaional numbers in eu, but can't send sms texts to eu numbers. how do i change this...      . ps my phone is not a smartphone   thank you kevin

To send international texts you need an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for them as they are not covered by membership plan texting allowances.
