Why isnt my network not working? Its not lettin call or text and it wont let me recieve anything?

The 48 Network is fully functioning.
What area are you in? perhaps there is an 02 mast having trouble due to adverse weather your way?

I couldn't call a Dublin landline today and had sufficient landline mins.
