Hi my Eugene Felle and my sim has been deactivated and I dont know why

Can you log into your online account? If so what does it say about your membership status, expiry date etc.?

 

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership period?

To whom it may concern,

 

I registered my sim yesterday a 12.55pm and was told I would

get an email in two hours. My sim still is'nt registered whn I go

into my account and try to order a new sim it says my account is

deactivated I dont understand this

Presumably you checked your junk mail for the email from 48?
