my phone is not credited despite my membership was paid last night (the duke)

hi am having problem making a call since lastnight despite i have renewed my membership by €15 lastnight but my phone keep saying sorry u don't have sufficient credit to make this call

What does your online account say about your membership type/status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

When you bought the €15 membership was your previous membership expired? If not then the new membership will have "stacked" to kick in when the current one has run its course. Maybe you have a current membership and have run out of calls allowance so need to buy a suitable calls addon?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
