I just wanna request to you yesterday by mistake i add 100 euros on my 48 account and Now i want to get back my credit.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this to see if they can arrange for a refund for you. 

48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

You'll have to contact them yourself.
