Card payment taken twice
I paid my monthly top up yesterday 01/12/16 and the payment has been taken twice from my debit card. Can you refund me the extra €20 taken please?

Hi, my 1gb data seemed to get drained more then normal last month, I normally never go over 1gb data.Is there a way I can see what time, date, etc I used my data. The same for text would also be good. Like what you can do on tesco mobileThanks
