one thing i was wondering, it may sound stupid but should my internet and mms settings be two separate apns because the phone has them grouped as one.
really hope someone can help me with this. Didn't think it would be so difficult!

If the internet is working but MMS is not then your APN may not be configured correctly for MMS.
You probably need to configure the MMSC, MMS port, MMS proxy and maybe APN Type to get this working.

Do you currectly have a valid membership?
Would you be able to take a screenshot of your apn settings. Maybe one of us can spot if there is a problem.

but the internet seems to working now suddenly but i don't think the mms is as i've had some sent to me but not received.
i have the guido as of two days ago. Where does the 8080 go? In port or address?
