About 4 days ago my 4g data stopped working
I have a Nokia C32 and data was working fine up to then.
I didn't make any changes to settings and I have checked the APN settings are correct as per the web site.
The Messaging button that is referred to everyplace on thewebsite does not appear anyplace.
I can make receive calls/texts.
It is showing 3G but in reality I have no mobile data

Have you tried texting "APN" to 50048 and following the instructions here to see if that helps at all?
Are you sure that there isn't something in your phone settings this is selecting 3G data speeds?
Could you try a factory reset of the phone?
Maybe try a replacement SIM in case it's a SIM issue?

I e-mailed them and got a reply about "due to current events"........ expect a reply within 7 days.
I guess you pay cheap, you get cheap.

Definitely following the APN instructions to the letter
The details were already correct as 4G was working fine up to ~1 week ago.
Phone is definitely set to use 4G not 3G
Will try the text "APN" to 50048, thanks.
