Or for the replacement SIM to become active?
It says here that you should get a replacement SIM withing 2-3 working days:
It doesn't say how long it should take for a replacement SIM to become active but I would expect it to be soon after the old SIM was disabled.
Make sure to switch off and on again and see if that helps.
