Don’t worry we can arrange that for you.
Just log into your “My 48” and hit the "Change my SIM" button.
You now have two choices.
Choose Swap my SIM - I need a new type of SIM and hit CONTINUE.
You will then need to choose Trio SIM and enter your address.
A 'trio' SIM is a SIM card with perforated lines on it, so it is a 'normal' SIM, a micro SIM and a nano SIM all in one. It will fit into any type of phone available now.
Enter all the info and hit SEND ME MY NEW SIM. We will get on delivered with 3-5 days (don’t count weekend days though).
You will then see confirmation that your SIM is on the way.
(Only do this if you have lost your phone/SIM)
Choose Block my SIM - I lost my SIM and want to block my account and hit CONTINUE.
You will then need to choose the type of SIM you want and enter your address.
