Payed 20 euro in shop for credit.. completed step 1 and 2 nearly 2 hours ago and still no credit

You have topped up your credit balance but you haven't bought membership yet.

That's why you can't make calls or send texts.

You need buy membership in order to be able to make calls, send texts etc.

What is your credit balance?

Log into your online account or dial *100# and hit call to check.

If it's €20+ then the topup worked.

Perhaps the issue is that you still need to buy membership?

 

How do I buy stuff by text?
