Money charged several times - how to get a refund?

Can you please refund my credit card my 50.00 euro

€60.00 came out a few times

What does your Transactions page say about recent transactions?

If you think that you are due a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them about this. 

They don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
