can't send messages

Can't send messages and can receive messages and I topped up by ten euro and It comes up network out of order anyone no how to fix it

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

 

Remember that topping up (your credit balance) is not the same thing as buying membership:

Did sending texts work before this? If so when did it stop working and did anything change to cause this?

 

Is your SMSC configured correctly? I guess so if you can receive texts even if you cannot send them:

Can you make calls? If not then any chance that you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership period?

I topped up by 10 euro and it say that I haved paid my membership , before I topped up it still didn't work

OK - I guess you'll probably need to log a support request to ask 48 for help with this as I mentioned above.
