Credit not registered
I just added 20 euro to my credit because I ran out of landline minutes and now the credit is not registering when I try to make phoene calls! Very frustrating when you get cut off in the middle of an important call!

Processing the order
Hi all. I have ordered an internet add-on -the website is "processing" the order for the last few weeks...I cannot even reorder as the option went all gray, my 48 appears frozen- is it a bug in the website? Thank you in advance.
Switching networks
How long does it take to switch from 48 to three keeping your old number , I was told 1.5 hours and it's been over three hours ?
Internet not working and topped up mid mebership still no In
I have 1 gb of data just put simply in new phone and it is saying I have no Internet done the configuration still no Internet so I topped up by 10 euro and still no Internet and now the 10 euro was not added to my account ?????@!!!!!!!

Hi all,I stopped receiving texts this evening. I can send them fine, but can't receive them. Tried restarting, removing sim etc and no joy. Its the second time in about 2 weeks its happened. Any advice? Cheers.

I have just set up a new account, bought €10 membership but when I try to make a call it tells me to buy membership. My account tells me I have €10 in my account. Why is this happening
