When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Did anything change on the phone in the meantime?
Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
If you're not on the unlimited data €12.99 plan then do you have a non zero data allowance balance?
If you still can't browse the internet or use connected apps then make sure that they have rights to use mobile data.
