I ordered a sim early last week a new sim for a new phone but it still hasn't arrived just wanted to know when will it arrive?

Internet won't work

Everytime I try to use my internet it comes up mobile cellular data network could not be activated. I have over 3gb left so I don't understand why this is happening but it's been going on for a day now?
