Hi i ordered a new micro sim. It has arrived but it asks me for my pin to unlock my sim i tried 1234 twice still didnt work. What is the pin please. My nunber is 0864007954.

You need the PIN1 from the packaging.

If that still doesn't work then you may need your PUK.

Make sure that your phone us unlocked for use on any network otherwise you will not be able to use it on 48 until it is unlocked.
