No Service

I changed from Samsung S4 to 5 yesterday and it's saying no service. Have internet etc but no texts or calls. Any advice please ? Driving me mad thanks in advance

When i update my internet settings they work but when i turn my phone off it doesnt work anymore so i have to redo it

I pay twice for nothing

I chose a 10 euros membership and It seems that work I could make a call and later on I try to make a second call and they said me I don't have credit. I try again with my bank card thinking that you didn't take my money for my account and now I lost...
