Internet not working

I topped up by 10 euro yesterday and it's telling me that I have no internet and that I need to buy some but I have not used any of my internet allowance yet. I don't want to pay 3 euro for more because I should already have it how do I fix this????

So I have all my settings in for my internet. I have a Samsung galaxy core prime. The H symbol is coming up on my screen yet the I term at is not working. I had it working before and has only stopped working since I topped up 2 days ago.

iPhone abroad

I'm from Ireland and going to London tomorrow. I'm wondering will my iPhone definitrly work when I go abroad as I had some trouble with it in the past? Do I need to do anything except buy some roaming txts?

Tried to renew the guido membership and had 19.26 in my account but everytime I tried to but membership from balance it said I hadn't enough credit even tho it said I had 19.26 and because I needed to top ASAP I just renewed membership using my saved...
