Mobile top up not working

I am having trouble topping up via voucher top up code, I am being told the code is invald. having tried this numerous times it still won't register. If anybody could me out it would greatly appreciated!

A few people have reported this sort of problem with top up vouchers.
Not sure why it happens.
You probably need to contact 48 support to get this sorted out:
