Paid membership but no internet
I paid my The Guido membership but it says I still have 0mb of internet and have the same amount of minutes remaining as I did before I topped up.

Yeah - not sure why you would want to move a number between 48 accounts. Unless you had a number of pre-purchased memberships on one account which you wanted to use with the number on another 48 account? I don't know if this FAQ about SIM juggling mi...
Membership query
I tried to buy membership three times today and was disconnected from the site on two occasions. My bank balance now indicates that I have been charged three times. Does this mean that I now have three months worth of membership?
Ported over two days ago, number has ported but cant top up on 48
