Paid membership but cant use my phone

It says that i have paid my membership but is giving me no texts, calls, NOTHING. It even says that i have 0 mins but that i have paid until november

Voicemail box full

Keep getting texts saying my voicemail box is full as I haver 39 msgs in my trash folder, I have triend disabling voicemial and reenabling it but this hasnt worked... any help?

I paid my The Guido membership but it says I still have 0mb of internet and have the same amount of minutes remaining as I did before I topped up.
