internet not working

i cant seem to use my free internet i should be getting with the guido deal. ive tried everything such as tweakker and ive done the cellular and mms configuration manually a few times with no luck! i need it urgently so help would be very much appreciated, thanks

If you have tried all of the steps here and still can't get it working after enabling data roaming and maybe rebooting then you may have to contact 48 support:
