24 hour clock 1200 Noon
0000 Midnight
Your Membership is stacked & will start @ Midnight tonight after your current Don expires @ 2359 01/12/13
(see the until 2359 01/12/13)
So...
Your next Don begins and lasts UNTIL 01/01/14 @ 2359...
(You would have got a reminder text you were close to expiry)
If you used all your current Don calltime mins - its displayed as '0 mins remaining'
@ Midnight tonight it will display all your fresh Don Entitlements.
Does this clarify the matter?
Remember if you use up your calltime you can load a few € in your balance to tide you over until your next membership kicks in...
Post us back after midnight tonight...& we'll see if this is indeed the story.

At 2359 on the date relevant to you, your membership expire's - At 0000 your next membership kick's in... I can't be sure what has happened in your case as it is a bit hazy in detail, but can you confirm you can see the new membership displayed as afore mentioned? Is this helpfull? Can you post back please.

You did see the post @ 0100 hrs on 01/12/13 i refer to that explained the stacked/rollover membership... You suggested it had never been explained to you, maybe you never read that Peticular answer post in that thread...?
Can you post back that all is satisfactory for you?
