Can i get the internet settings for the google nexus please

Data working and then stops

I have my data working for 20-30 minutes and then it disconnects and I don't have data at all even when I turn it off and on again. I have to restart my phone to make it work. Please help?

Not receiving calls or texts!

I'm not receiving calls or texts from mobiles. All they hear when they try to ring me is a beeping sound!!?? Ive tried ringing my phone from a landline number and that works though!!?? Any ideas on what could be wrong?
