Voicemail not active

Hi, I have a new account. The voicemail isnt kicking in when calls are coming in. The *004#  gives me the connection problem or invalid MMI code,I have tried the sim in different phones and the problem is the same,any ideas? I have messaged support over the last few days and still no joy. I have read on the boards others have had the same issue so wondering if there is a fix. Thanks.

Did you read the guide to setting up and using voicemail on 48?

hey, great stuff yes thank you.  because it says the voicemail is already set up i didnt go through those other options as didnt think it was necessary, have done so now.
