Urgent: payment made but plan not activated

I made a payment of €12.99 on 12th March 2025 for my monthly plan. However, my account is still showing as having no active plan.

What exactly do you mean by "payment made"?

What exactly did you buy?

Cash credit, membership plan, add-ons?

Are you saying that there's no active membership listed on your My48 account Dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans? 

You may need to contact 48 support about this.

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
