Sim Registration failure

Hi there,
I tried activating my sim card but I keep getting an error message
"We are unable to register your SIM, please contact a 48 agent for more information."
I attempted deleting history, new browser and all that but I keep getting the same error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
