Roaming add on wont work in Turkey

I bought an add on before I came to Turkey, I got the message to say it ia working but it hasn't worked once. Are there settings I need to change? Please help!

The add-ons don't work in Turkey because it is not part of the EU.

48 consider Turkey part of the "rest of Europe".

The roaming add-ons are EU roaming add-ons.

In this case you need cash credit to pay for incoming and outgoing calls and outgoing texts.

 

Going abroad

Other call charges
